Well this morning was a bust; Worked until 1130 last night and was supposed to get up at 8 to go jogging with K but I slept in. K had to workout without me so her hub had her try the P90 Insanity (I think he’s trying to kill her).

Working again today 11-11 and since I am NOT a morning person we are going to attempt a jog tomorrow @1030 instead of 830 lmao

Ok, I don’t know how to reply to your notes

1st about the memory at 1.5; its the only one I have before 3. All of my other cognitive memories happen after the age of 3.

2nd I believe that quote about diet and feed limits speaks directly to healthy eating habits (or lack there of) and therefor is a fitspo for me. When people diet or make life style changes they aren’t generally doing so because they’ve had the correct mindset all along. If they had they wouldn’t need the diet change.

K and I had a nice little 1.4 mile jog this am. She ran .4 of it which is GREAT! Last time she had trouble going a full .2 miles! I only ran .6 because I was trying to at least help her keep pace with me. We both have asthma and her’s is less controlled at this point in time than mine is.

 I’m not sure the time because her phone app messed up in her pocket but I know we did it. I’m also pretty sure I have shin splints and its causing my inner calf (where it connects to the shin) and knees to hurt. I really need new shoes; maybe next week I’ll get some.

After our jog I ate a banana to see if it helps with the shin pain…. stupid shoes

8:30 AM will be the offical start of day one for K and me. So far I’ve been jogging by myself or with JB. K came out and attempted a jog once last week but .2 miles into it she’d given up. I’m hoping she sticks to her goal and makes it over every morning from here on out because I would love to build my endurance and begin my 5k training.  Fingers crossed and one day at a time right?
